Youth Ministry Leaders
A Youth Ministry Adult leader is a STA or CTK Parishoner that has a heart for serving young people by being invovled in one or more areas of Venture Youth Ministry; Service Sundays, Mission Trip, Retreats, Down Under, Special Events, or Peer Ministry. Adult leaders focus on building relationships with young people that will help to foster spiritual, intelectual, and emotional growth.

Youth Ministry Coordinating Team: Another way to get involved...
This is our steering committee that helps to direct the course of our shared youth ministry. There are 4 adult representatives from both parishes on 1 youth represntative from each parish on this team. The individuals that make up this committee are behind the scenes of our youth ministry howerver the work done by this committee is vital to the success of this youth ministry program.

Process for becoming a Venture Youth Ministy Adult Leader:
1) Fill out an application (in the right column)
2) Meet with Director of Youth Ministry
3) Complete Background Check and Virtus Training
4) Discern area of ministry with help of Director of Youth Ministry
5) Try out an area of ministry
6) Join the Adult leadership team of Venture Youth Ministry
